Rosa Parks and Rondo hold Mandarin kindergarten parent meetings October 21–22

Eastvale families considering Mandarin immersion for a child entering kindergarten in 2027–28 can attend a Rosa Parks parent meeting October 21 or a Rondo meeting October 22, both from 5 to 6 p.m. CNUSD requires one school meeting and one classroom visit, including for families already in the program. The first visits are October 27 at Rosa Parks and November 9 at Rondo, both 9–10 a.m. Apply to the school assigned by home address; the district also lists later meeting options.

Four Eastvale elementary schools will change calendars in 2027–28; this year stays the same

Families at Reagan, Rosa Parks, Eastvale and Harada elementary schools can plan for a traditional school calendar beginning in 2027–28. The CNUSD board approved the move from year-round calendars on September 8, and the district reported it in its September 11 newsletter. There is no change to the current 2026–27 school year: students should keep following their existing calendars.
