Business Growth Continues at Hamner Place and Beyond Eastvale’s retail landscape continues to expand with the grand opening of Bruster’s Real Ice Cream on March 27. Located at 7208 Hamner Avenue within Hamner Place, the shop joins recently opened neighbors like Chipotle. Additionally, the city’s first Walmart Supercenter at 14100 Limonite Avenue has become a cornerstone of local commerce, providing approximately 300 jobs since its debut earlier this year. Looking ahead, construction is underway at the Goodman Commerce Center for a 5,780-square-foot LongHorn Steakhouse, which is currently in the bidding and early development phases.
Civic Center Progress and City Recognition Construction remains on schedule for the landmark 156-acre Civic Center project at the intersection of Hamner and Limonite Avenues. Targeted for completion in early 2028, the site will serve as a community hub featuring a new City Hall, public library, police station, and an outdoor amphitheater. In addition to physical growth, the City of Eastvale was officially named a 2025 Inland Empire Top Workplace. This honor highlights the city’s commitment to employee engagement and its innovative "Business First" initiatives.
