Eastvale Is Finally Getting the Downtown It Deserves

For over a decade, residents of Eastvale, CA have dreamed of a true city center — a place to gather, dine, celebrate, and feel the heartbeat of a real community. That dream is now under active construction. The Downtown Eastvale and Civic Center project — described by City Manager Mark Orme as the largest capital project in the city's history — is taking shape on 158 acres of former Leal Ranch dairy farmland at Hamner Avenue and Limonite in the 92880.

Phase 1 will deliver a 3-story City Hall, a 2-story Riverside Branch Library and Innovation Center, a new Police Station, a third Fire Station, and a 2.8-acre Civic Park with an outdoor amphitheater. The entire complex is being built to LEED green building standards. Target completion: early 2027.

Beyond the civic core, Downtown Eastvale will offer up to 595,000 square feet of walkable retail, dining, medical, entertainment, and office space, alongside 2,500 new residential units in the Eastvale Square master-planned community — a destination that rivals Victoria Gardens, right here in the Inland Empire.
