Welcome to your latest community briefing. This week, we are highlighting the incredible spirit of our neighbors. The 'Great Lemon Swap' is officially trending in the Lodge community—look for 'Take a Lemon, Leave a Lime' baskets on porches to share in the citrus bounty!
In business news, The Matcha Nest is now soft-opened at Hamner Place for your ceremonial-grade tea fix, and Wildflower Paperie & Gifts is officially coming to The Merge this February. Our schools are busy too: Eleanor Roosevelt High is hosting a 'Tech Drop-off' this Saturday to recycle old electronics, while Rosa Parks Elementary is looking for three more 'Reading Buddy' volunteers for local seniors. Safety is also improving with new solar
LED bollards installed at Half Moon Park. Finally, we want to recognize Marcus Thorne, our 'Lawn Whisperer' in the Enclave, for his quiet work cleaning up communal spaces.
Check out our calendar for the Garden Tool Sharpening Clinic on Saturday and the Senior Dog Social on Sunday!
