It's currently featured on the city homepage alongside prior wins like the Top Workplace award and the Walmart Supercenter opening.

Growth Watch

Downtown & Civic Center Update

Eastvale's long-range transformation continues with the Downtown and Civic Center project. Phase 1 of the Civic Center — which includes a new City Hall, Library and Innovation Center, Police Station, and Civic Plaza and Park — broke ground in August 2025 and is expected to open by early 2028. The broader Leal Master Plan site will also bring housing and retail to this part of the city over time.

For Local Business Owners

The City's Business First Program

Eastvale's Business First Program remains one of the more useful city resources for entrepreneurs and growing businesses. The concierge-style program helps with site selection, permitting, development coordination, and promotional support for grand openings and business milestones. Worth knowing about if you're building something local.

That's your Eastvale Vibe update for today.

If you've got a local event, school highlight, small business story, or neighborhood win we should feature next, reply and send it our way.
